Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Planning & Coordination: Ensure timely dispatch of products as per orders while maintaining efficiency.

• Packaging & Quality Check: Oversee proper packaging and conduct quality checks before dispatch.

• Labour Supervision: Manage and guide laborers for loading, unloading, and packaging activities.

• Transport & Vehicle Management: Coordinate with transporters, track vehicle movement, and ensure smooth deliveries.

• Inventory &F Documentation: Maintain records of dispatched items, track stock levels, and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience.

• Good at managing people and day-to-day operations

• Basic computer knowledge

• Physically active and willing to work on-site

• Good communication and coordination skills
