Liaising with external stakeholders, such as suppliers or other logistics providers.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, shipments, and other relevant information.
Preparing shipping documents, such as invoices and packing lists.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
Identifying and resolving logistical problems, such as traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns.
Making decisions quickly and effectively to ensure timely and efficient delivery or service.
