Department: Production / Manufacturing

Reports To: Plant Manager / Production Head

Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing or steel fabrication industry preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage shop floor workers including machine operators, fitters, and helpers.

Ensure daily production schedules are met as per targets.

Oversee machine operations (including cold roll forming machines) and troubleshoot minor technical issues.

Monitor quality control standards during manufacturing and assembly processes.

Ensure raw material availability and proper usage with minimal wastage.

Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety protocols in the factory.

Prepare daily production reports and coordinate with the Production Coordinator.

Assist in training new workers and maintaining skill development.

Communicate with maintenance and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
