"Production Management
• Production plan formulation and execution: According to market demand and order situation, formulate detailed production plan, reasonably arrange production tasks of production line, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Production progress monitoring: Real-time tracking of production progress, timely discovery and resolution of problems in production process, and ensure smooth progress of production tasks. Regularly report production progress and existing problems to management.
• Production cost control: Monitor production costs, strictly control the procurement of raw materials, waste and labor costs in production process, and reduce production costs by reasonably arranging production tasks and optimizing production processes.
Quality Management
Personnel Management
• Team building and management: Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment and incentive of factory employees, and establish a high-quality and efficient production team. According to the work performance and ability of employees, reasonably arrange jobs and give full play to the potential of employees.
• Employee communication and coordination: Maintain good communication with employees, timely understand the needs and ideas of employees, solve the problems encountered by employees in work and life, and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate the working relationship between departments to ensure the smooth progress of various tasks.
Site Management
• Production site management: responsible for the layout planning and optimization of the production site, ensuring that the production site is clean, orderly and in compliance with safety production requirements. Formulate and implement site management systems, standardize employees' operating behaviors, and improve the safety and efficiency of the production site.
• Safety system formulation and implementation: formulate and improve the factory's safety production management system to ensure that the production process complies with the requirements of national safety production laws and regulations. Organize employees to conduct safety production training to improve their safety awareness and operating skills.
