Key Responsibilities: Shift InCharge Responsibilities: Manage and supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts. Ensure that work processes are carried out smoothly, meeting company standards and deadlines. Team Management: Handle a team of female workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring optimal productivity. Workforce Coordination: Organize and supervise work schedules, ensuring proper allocation of resources, and maintain discipline within the team.Training & Support: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure high standards of work quality and performance.Reporting: Keep track of team performance and provide regular reports to senior management regarding shift progress, challenges, and any necessary interventions.Problem-Solving: Handle any operational issues or conflicts that arise during the shift, taking quick action to resolve them effectively.Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and any other relevant guidelines.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Must be a Graduate (Fresher or Experienced candidates are both welcome to apply).Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of female workers.Communication: Good communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address operational issues quickly and effectively.Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and attention to detail.Adaptability: Must be flexible and open to working in shifts as required.Additional Information:Shift Timings: The role will require working in shifts, and the candidate should be comfortable with flexible working hours.
