•Responsible for entire end to end operations within area.

 •Manage day-to-day operations of team

 •Coordinate with the Delivery associates and ensure on time pickup and deliveries. 

•Taking care of hub operations (Delivery centre/Trans-shipment gateways)

Planning & building network, executing entire end to end operations.

Taking care of sorting and segregation of inbound and outbound shipments

 • Training of new team members and support their skill enhancement.

 • Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes.

 •Ensure 100% pickup & delivery with success.
