Job Overview: 

We are looking for an Import Documentation Executive to handle import documentation and coordinate with shipping lines, customs, and clients for smooth cargo clearance. The ideal candidate should have experience in import documentation, customs procedures, and logistics coordination. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and verify import documents such as Bills of Lading (BL), IGM updates, and invoices. 

• Handle Odex filing and ensure timely documentation submission. 

• Coordinate container movement to the nominated CFS (Container Freight Station). 

• Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and clients. 

• Track shipments and update clients on cargo status. 

• Maintain organized records of all import-related documentation. 

• Resolve documentation-related issues and ensure compliance with import regulations. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 

• 2-3 years of experience in sea import documentation and freight forwarding. 

• Knowledge of Odex, IGM filing, and customs clearance procedures. 

• Strong communication and coordination skills. 

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience in customs brokerage and import compliance is a plus. 

• Proficiency in freight forwarding software and documentation tools.
