Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Network department. The role involves handling quotations, coordination, and tracking shipments. While prior experience in air export/import freight is preferred, we are open to training freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Procure rates from the internal team for air export/import freight.

Prepare and send quotations to agents/clients after consulting on margins.

Follow up for feedback on quotations and maintain proper documentation.

Track shipments by coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate effectively with international agents, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients and partners.

Maintain records of shipments, inquiries, and quotations.

Learn and adapt to industry-specific software and processes.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).

1-2 years of experience in air export/import freight (preferred) or fresher with strong communication skills.

Basic understanding of logistics & international trade concepts.

Strong email communication skills in English for effective coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
