Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Executive to manage and oversee import operations, ensuring smooth and compliant international shipments. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensure adherence to import regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import operations, including documentation and customs clearance.

• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with import regulations, trade policies, and company procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, duties, and tariffs.

• Negotiate shipping rates and optimize costs.

• Resolve any import-related issues and liaise with government authorities if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

• 1 - 3years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs regulations, and international trade laws.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
