Job Description

Profile - NDR Executive

Role Description

• Manage non-delivery reports (NDRs) generated from various sources, such as customers, and internal systems.

•Investigate the root causes of non-delivery issues, such as incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, and inventory discrepancies.

• Dispatchment

• have good knowledge about Excel and Google sheets.

• Make MIS report

•Update shipment status

•Panel escalation and revert

•Generate invoice and labels

•Make order details cancellation and confirmation

Requirements

• Candidate should be flexible in calling and timings

• Candidate should be energetic enthusiastic

• Candidate who can play multiple roles in organisation will be more preferable.
