We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate the supply chain operations of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and cost-effective management of goods, inventory, transportation, and warehousing. The Logistics Manager will play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring timely deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and oversee logistics and supply chain operations. Develop strategies to optimize transportation and distribution processes. Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock levels. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to logistics and transportation. Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and production, to ensure seamless operations.Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and handle supply chain disruptions.Implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.Ensure proper documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.Manage and mentor logistics staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong negotiation and communication abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations (if applicable).Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field.Certification in Supply Chain Management.Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing industries.
