Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Logistics Sales Executive located in Nashik. The person will be responsible for end to end logistics activities required for the business which includes,

1. Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with sales and other departments to confirm order details and specifications.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels. Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
3. Shipping and Transportation: Arrange and coordinate shipments of goods to customers and from suppliers. Select appropriate carriers, negotiate shipping rates, and track the movement of goods.
4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations. Coordinate for smooth export processes and documentations.
5. Communication: Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. Address any issues related to shipments, quality, or other logistics concerns. Maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding the status of shipments and logistics activities.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations. Stay informed about changes in logistics and customs regulations that may impact the company's operations.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the logistics and supply chain functions. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
