Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Type - WFH

Responsibilitys:

- Coordinate with customers to secure loads through excellent negotiation s•ills

- Ensure on-time delivery of goods from the market to our registered •rucks

- Foster strong relationships with customers to secure consisten• loads

- Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secu•e loads

- Follow up with supervisors to ensure timely loading and unloading of•vehicles

- Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with te•m members

- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- Excellent Communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure an• meet deadlines

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Note : Trainings will be provided from your joining date.

Salary Details :-

Salary will be paid Rs. 18000/- for 1st month as fixed pay and from the 2nd month onwards the fixed pay will be removed, and will be paid on an incentive basis.

The Incentives will be as follows:

Placing Vehicle Types.

20/22/24 FT - 200 per order,

32SXL - 300 per order,

32MXL - 400 per order.
