We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Packaging Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the packaging process, ensuring products are packaged according to quality standards, and supporting the efficient flow of production. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in the packaging industry. Training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Packaging Operations: Assist in the packaging of products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.Quality Control: Inspect packaged products for defects, ensuring packaging is secure and visually appealing.Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of packaging materials and supplies, ensuring stock is always available and organized.Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain packaging equipment under supervision, ensuring proper functionality.Documentation: Maintain and update packaging records, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.Collaboration: Work closely with the production and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely packaging.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the packaging area.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus).Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a packaging or production role (fresher candidates are welcome to apply).Skills:Basic knowledge of packaging materials and processes.Attention to detail and ability to spot defects in packaging.Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.Good communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.Willingness to learn and grow in the packaging industry.
