Job Summary:

Zepto is looking for efficient and detail-oriented Pickers/Packers to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure proper handling of perishable and fragile items.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.

• Work closely with supervisors and delivery personnel to ensure timely dispatch.

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 kg.

• Basic understanding of warehouse systems and processes.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
