Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to match the right talent to specific job openings.

  • Proactively engage with local communities, career fairs, and events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions that align with business goals.

• Candidate Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

• Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet specific hiring goals.

  • Monitor and report on recruitment activities, providing regular updates to management.

  • Analyze hiring trends and develop strategies to address challenges in attracting qualified candidates.

• On-Site Recruitment:

  • Visit client sites, attend job fairs, or visit communities to directly engage with potential candidates.

  • Build a network of talent pools in specific geographic areas.

• Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Coordinate pre-employment assessments, background checks, and reference checks.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a field or onsite recruiting environment.

  • Proven ability to source and recruit candidates for a wide range of roles.
