Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials at the project site, ensuring accurate stock records.

• Stock Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper stacking and safety of materials.

• Coordination: Communicate with the procurement team, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Documentation: Keep up-to-date records of all received and issued materials, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company standards in the store operations.

• Team Supervision: Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory, stock levels, and material usage for management review.
  Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in inventory or store management, especially in construction or real estate projects.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and MS Office.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
