Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensuring good quality materials are received all time as per schedule.

Maintain good relationships with vendors and materials suppliers.

Planning of materials delivery to site, transport management.

Ensuring low inventory levels at store.

Supply of materials to site as per required sequential supply, as per project manager plan.

Disposal of waste generated.

All documentation process as per process plan.

Issue of materials on first in first out basis.

Proper storage and issue of materials.

Responsible for any loss/damage of materials due to mishandling, bad storage, transit etc.

Control and monitoring of tools and equipment.

Stocking and issue of PPE’s as per plan.
