कार्य विवरण:

हम अपने संस्थान के लिए एक भरोसेमंद ट्रांसपोर्ट एग्जीक्यूटिव(Transport Executive ) की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो दैनिक परिवहन संचालन को प्रभावी ढंग से संभाल सके। उम्मीदवार को समय के पाबंद, जिम्मेदार और समन्वय करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• स्टाफ और छात्रों के लिए दैनिक ट्रांसपोर्ट की व्यवस्था करना

• ड्राइवरों और वाहनों का शेड्यूल तैयार करना व प्रबंधन करना

• वाहनों का रखरखाव और दस्तावेज़ों को अपडेट रखना

• ईंधन उपयोग और रूट प्लानिंग की निगरानी करना

• परिवहन से जुड़ी समस्याओं और आपात स्थितियों का समाधान करना

योग्यता और कौशल:

• न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: स्नातक (अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता)

• ट्रांसपोर्ट/लॉजिस्टिक्स में अनुभव को वरीयता दी जाएगी

• अच्छी संचार और संगठनात्मक क्षमताएं

• वाहनों के सामान्य रखरखाव और दस्तावेज़ों की जानकारी होनी चाहिए
