Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Receive deliveries, sort and scan items, and store them in the correct locations 

• Order processing: Approve orders, process invoices, and prepare delivery challans 

• Transportation: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers 

• Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies or logistics delays 

• Quality: Ensure the quality and condition of stocks, and conduct regular stock audits 

• Equipment and supplies: Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies, and resolve routine equipment issues 

• Staff: Supervise and train warehouse staff to improve efficiency and performance 

• Documentation: Maintain accurate inventory records, and keep paperwork up to date 

Skills and qualifications 

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision

• Good computer skills, including Excel

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or 3PL

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems

• Strong supervisory skills

• Attention to detail

• Organization

• Proactivity
