Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our logistics team. As a key member of the back office, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics services. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing data entry, tracking shipments, processing orders, and coordinating communication between different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update logistics data in our systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with the processing of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Coordinate with various internal teams (such as operations, customer service, and transport) to ensure timely and effective order fulfilment.
Track and monitor shipments, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time.
Prepare reports related to inventory, orders, and logistics performance.
Handle customer inquiries related to logistics and shipments, providing timely updates.
Support the team in maintaining accurate records and managing databases.
Assist in the preparation and filing of documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a back office or administrative role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
