Warehouse Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Executive to oversee the storage, distribution, and inventory management of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with various departments to optimize logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Inventory Management:

• Maintain and update stock records in the warehouse management system.

• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to prevent stock discrepancies.

• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels efficiently.

✅ Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

• Oversee the loading, unloading, and proper storage of goods.

• Ensure proper handling and packaging of goods to prevent damage.

✅ Logistics & Coordination:

• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Plan dispatch schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

• Resolve any delivery-related issues in a timely manner.

✅ Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and company policies.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement best practices.

✅ Team Management (if applicable):

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.

• Provide training to employees on proper inventory handling and safety measures.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
✔ 1-3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
✔ Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔ Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
