Warehouse Executive

We are hiring a dedicated Store Executive to join HGS Machines Private Limited in greater Noida, Site C Surajpur Industrial Area.
This role involves overseeing inventory, storage, and material flow within the store department for digital textile machine manufacturing. You will coordinate closely with the production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of parts and components. This position offers an in-hand salary of 20K-25K along with growth opportunities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store mechanical, electronic, and raw material components required for machine manufacturing.

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory using internal systems.

• Issue materials to the production department as per requirement and ensure proper documentation.

• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies promptly.

• Ensure proper labeling and storage of items to avoid damage or loss.

• Coordinate with the procurement team for material planning and timely replenishment.

• Train store assistants on safe handling practices and proper documentation procedures.

• Follow 5S and safety practices within the store area.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Any Graduation, Preferred -Diploma Holder and 2 to 4 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setup, are eligible for this position.

• Good understanding of inventory management systems (ERP/Tally, Excel, etc.).

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with components used in digital textile machinery is an added advantage.
