Conduct monthly reconciliations between physical stock and system data.
Monitor stock levels to align with forecasted demand.
Track stock turnover to reduce holding costs.
Ensure stock levels remain within ±5% of optimal inventory targets.
Maximize space utilization through strategic racking and layout.
Oversee accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping.
Enforce warehouse safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations; complete monthly stock audits by the 15th of each month.
Support credit risk assessments for new and existing customers.
Coordinate with finance to apply appropriate credit limits.
Monitor accounts receivable and assist in reducing Days Sales Outstanding
Work with the finance team to manage and minimize bad debts.
Ensure accuracy in order entry and validation.
Process of customer orders within 24 hours of receipt.
Provide customers with timely updates on order status or changes.
Address and resolve any order discrepancies promptly.
Plan and manage inbound and outbound transportation logistics.
Optimize carrier selection and route planning to reduce costs.
Ensure timely and complete delivery of goods.
Track deliveries and resolve issues causing delays.
Monitor logistics expenses to stay within budgeted limits.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations or inventory management.
Good understanding of logistics and credit control principles.
