Warehouse Manager

• Receiving, Storage, and Distribution:

  Oversee the smooth and efficient flow of goods into, within, and out of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate handling. 

• Inventory Control:

  Manage inventory levels, track stock, and implement strategies to minimize waste and ensure accurate stock counts. 

• Space Optimization:

  Plan and implement efficient warehouse layouts to maximize storage capacity and facilitate smooth operations. 

• Process Improvement:

  Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. 

• Equipment Maintenance:

  Ensure that all warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other machinery, is maintained in good working order and operated safely. 

Team Leadership and Management:

• Staff Supervision:

  Lead, motivate, and train warehouse staff, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and adhering to safety protocols. 

• Performance Management:

  Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
