Warehouse Manager

• Oversee and manage the entire purchasing process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock without overstocking or stockouts.

• Process and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any discrepancies.

• Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs while maintaining or improving product quality.

• Assist in budgeting and ensuring that purchases are aligned with financial goals and company objectives.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse/store, ensuring goods are received, stored, and organized efficiently.

• Supervise and train purchasing and store personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Ensure all purchased items meet quality standards and perform inspections as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock levels, and supplier performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
