Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 + ₹2,000 Incentive

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Handle team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.

• Create and manage rosters for shift planning.

• Utilize Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data analysis.

• Coordinate with teams to maintain operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational protocols.

• Train and mentor team members for improved productivity.

• Report daily operations to higher management.

Requirements:

• Graduate with relevant experience.

• Must have prior experience as a Team Leader, DEO, Supervisor, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data handling).

• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
