Job Description
- Monitor and record patient’s condition
Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations
Diagnose and treat hearing loss, tinnitus, and vestibular (balance) disorders
Prescribe and fit hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other assistive devices
Monitor ear health and refer patients to ENT surgeons when needed
Provide aural rehabilitation and counseling
Manage newborn hearing screenings, especially in hospitals
Diagnose and treat hearing loss, tinnitus, and vestibular (balance) disorders
