Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with the prescribed medical regimen.

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

• Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals, and patient families.

• Assist in diagnostic tests and interpret results.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records.

• Educate patients and their families on disease management, diet, and aftercare.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

• Ensure the comfort and emotional support of patients.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years Proven experience as a Registered Nurse .

• Thorough knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

• Strong understanding of emergency care and first aid.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and patient-centric approach.

• Proficient in using hospital management systems and basic computer skills.
