Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support.

• Administer IV drips, injections (intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous), and other medications under supervision.

• Support doctors and senior nurses during medical procedures and surgeries.

• Ensure proper wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative care.

• Maintain infection control measures and ensure hygiene standards are met.

• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication schedules, and recovery procedures.

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient conditions and treatments.

• Respond to emergency situations, assist in CPR, and provide first aid.

• Assist in hospital operations, including sterilization of medical equipment, bed management, and assisting with patient transfers.
