Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.

• Assist in diagnostic tests, sample collection, and other medical procedures.

• Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients.

• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and reports.

• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.

• Ensure infection control practices are followed strictly.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including Code Blue scenarios.

• Support doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.

• Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.

• Participate in continuous education, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
