Staff Nurse

The Ministry of Skin is seeking skilled and compassionate Therapists (Aestheticians) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a nursing background and a passion for skincare and beauty. Key Responsibilities -

Treatment Execution

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.

• Administer treatments safely and effectively, following established protocols and guidelines.

• Ensure clients are comfortable and informed throughout the treatment process.

Product Knowledge and Recommendations

• Stay informed about the latest skincare products, ingredients, and trends.

• Educate clients about the benefits of different products and recommend suitable homecare routines.

Client Education

• Provide clients with post-treatment care instructions and skincare advice.

• Address client questions and concerns regarding treatments and products.

Hygiene and Safety

• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment.

• Adhere to infection control protocols and guidelines to ensure client safety.

Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing training and education sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with experienced cosmetologists to learn advanced techniques and procedures.

Client Relationship Building

• Build rapport with clients and create a welcoming and comfortable environment.

• Listen attentively to client concerns and provide personalized care and attention.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in nursing or healthcare is preferred.

• Comprehensive training will be provided to therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Must have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn from experienced cosmetologists.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Attention to detail and a passion for skincare and beauty are necessary.

Requirements -

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a skincare or beauty clinic is an asset.

• Excellent client service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
