Staff Nurse

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Scrub Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining a sterile environment, and handling surgical instruments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team during operations

• Prepare and arrange instruments and equipment in the operating room

• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

• Monitor and manage surgical supplies and inventory

• Support patient care before and after surgery

• Communicate effectively with the surgical and nursing team

Requirements:

• Valid nursing registration (GNM/BSc Nursing)

• Proven experience as a Scrub Nurse (2–6 years)

• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques

• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure environments

• Team player with good communication skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
