Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedOT Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Operation Theatre. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OT procedures, team coordination, and maintaining a sterile and efficient surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all activities in the Operation Theatre.

• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff for smooth OT scheduling.

• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and in working condition.

• Maintain records of OT procedures and inventory.

• Monitor adherence to infection control protocols.

• Oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient care within the OT.

• Train and guide OT staff as needed.

• Ensure timely availability of required consumables and surgical kits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in OT.

• Strong understanding of OT protocols and surgical procedures.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
