Job Title: Liquid Spray Painter - Bicycle Painting Company Name: Joywheels Location: Surajpur Site C, Greater Noida Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Liquid Spray Painter to join our bicycle painting team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Paint Preparation: Prepare paint according to specifications, including mixing and thinning. 2. Spray Painting: Apply paint to bicycle frames and components using liquid spray painting equipment and techniques. 3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all painted parts meet quality standards. 4. Paint Booth Maintenance: Maintain the paint booth and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety. 5. Color Matching: Match paint colors to specifications and ensure consistent color quality. 6. Painting Techniques: Use various painting techniques, such as masking, stripping, and touch-up, to achieve high-quality paint finishes. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: ITI or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., painting, automotive refinishing, or industrial engineering). 2. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in liquid spray painting, preferably in a bicycle manufacturing or related industry. 3. Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and physical stamina. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
