Job Summary: The Office Boy is responsible for providing clerical support, maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mail distribution.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as needed.
Support office staff with errands such as purchasing office supplies and delivering documents.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of office etiquette and hygiene.
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
Honest, punctual, and reliable.
Physically fit to carry out cleaning and delivery tasks.
Work Environment: Office-based role with occasional outdoor errands.
Able to dispatch goods within the city.
