Job Description

• Cleaning & Maintenance:
o Keep the office premises clean, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
o Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
o Empty trash bins and ensure that waste is disposed of properly.
• Pantry Management:
o Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees, visitors, and clients.
o Ensure the pantry area is stocked with necessary supplies (tea, coffee, snacks, etc.).
o Wash dishes, cups, glasses, and other utensils used in the pantry.
• General Support:
o Handle delivery and collection of documents, letters, and parcels within the office.
o Assist in photocopying, scanning, and other basic administrative tasks.
o Run errands for office staff, including tasks like purchasing office supplies or collecting documents from external locations.
• Visitor Assistance:
o Greet and assist visitors and clients, offering refreshments and guiding them to the appropriate departments or meeting rooms.
• Office Supplies:
o Monitor and maintain office supply levels, and assist with the procurement of items when needed.
