Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
Assist in handling office supplies, ensuring stock availability, and managing inventory.
Run office errands such as delivering documents, handling couriers, and purchasing small items when needed.
Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the pantry, washrooms, and workstations.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after use.
Dispose of trash and maintain a clutter-free workspace.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
