Responsibilities 

Running errands: Deliver documents, supplies, and packages

Mail: Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages

Coffee: Serve coffee and tea to staff and visitors

Supplies: Maintain office supplies and stock

Equipment: Monitor the use of equipment and supplies

Events: Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings

Requests: Deal with queries or requests from visitors and employees

Maintenance: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment

Trash: Dispose of trash, waste, and other disposable material

Be able to move outside the office for tasks

Be active, attentive, and responsible

Have a neat and clean personality

Be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
