Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
Dusting and cleaning desks and workspaces.
Maintaining cleanliness of pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Ensuring washrooms are clean and well-stocked.
Clerical Support
Delivering and collecting documents within the office or to nearby locations.
Filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Assisting with basic computer tasks if trained.
Hospitality
Serving water, tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and visitors.
Setting up meeting rooms with required materials and refreshments.
Running Errands
Going to the post office, bank, or stores as required.
Buying office supplies or grocery items for the pantry.
Mail Handling
Receiving and distributing incoming mail/packages.
Dispatching outgoing documents and couriers.
