Job Description
- Test plumbing system for safety and functionality
- Fix and assemble pipes, tubes, fitting and fixtures
- Install and repair tap, showers and other pipeline systems
Install new electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures, including smart boards, security cameras, or emergency lighting.
Compliance and Safety:
Maintenance and Repairs:
Inspect and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in classrooms, offices, and other school facilities.
Perform routine maintenance to prevent electrical issues.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
Diagnose and fix electrical faults in lighting, HVAC systems, power outlets, and other systems.
Respond quickly to electrical emergencies, such as power outages.
Installation:
Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety and building regulations.
Implement safety protocols to protect staff, students, and visitors.
Energy Efficiency:
Suggest energy-saving measures, such as LED lighting upgrades or smart controls.
Conduct energy audits and recommend improvements.
Collaboration:
Work with school administrators and facility managers to plan upgrades or renovations.
Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
