Responsibilities
Calendar management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Travel arrangements: Book travel, including flights, hotels, and car services
Communication: Answer phones, screen calls, and emails
Document management: Draft, edit, and organize documents like reports, memos, and presentations
Record keeping: Maintain records and databases
Expense management: Prepare and reconcile expense reports
Event planning: Organize events like meetings, conferences, and workshops
Project management: Assist with special projects, research, and analysis
Relationship building: Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Liaison: Act as a liaison between executives and internal and external parties
