We are looking for a Front Desk & Admin Executive to manage office operations efficiently while supporting lead generation and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling administrative tasks, managing social media posts, and coordinating with potential clients.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Lead Management & Client Coordination: Call and follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client interaction records.
Market Research & Lead Generation: Search for potential clients through online sources like Google, directories, and other platforms to generate leads.
Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Data Management: Maintain records, update databases, and ensure timely communication with clients and team members.
Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk operations, admin support, or lead generation.
Proficiency in social media handling and basic digital marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage office activities efficiently.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
