Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Job Title – Sales Coordinator

Working days and timings - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (6 days working)

Location – Ahmedabad

Experience: - 1 - 2 years

Qualification - Any graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter sales orders into the ERP system and maintain up-to-date records. (Alpha + Distributor + Stockist + QC + Corporate + FC + Other) (With Payment Approval)

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to address out-of-stock situations and prioritize product replenishment.

  • Monitor and work towards maintaining a high fulfillment ratio by minimizing delays and stock-outs. (Reports Level) Coordination between warehouse & Sales (Upsell items which are in stock)

  • Act as the main point of contact between the offline sales team and the warehouse to ensure smooth communication. (For Logistics)

  • Provide timely updates on stock availability and order status to the sales team.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on order processing, stock levels, and fulfillment performance.
