Key Responsibilities:
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for the Director.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents relevant to the Director's responsibilities.
Coordinate and liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Manage petty cash expenses and maintain accurate records.
Handle client documents and ensure proper filing.
Prepare and maintain Sales Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Assist with marketing initiatives as needed.
Coordinate with trade media such as Cargo Insights, Cargo Logistics etc and Managing event registrations and participation logistics.
Conduct timely follow-ups on payments to ensure financial obligations are met.
Verify Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure proper approval processes are followed.
Compile minutes of meetings for distribution.
Requirements:
Strong multitasking ability with effective prioritization skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with other software is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative independently.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills with informed decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
