360 Club is seeking a smart, friendly, and well-spoken Front Office Executive to be the face of our club. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, answering queries, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
Handle check-in/check-out process
Manage bookings and reservations
Attend incoming calls and maintain front desk records
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints or issues quickly
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the front desk area
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Gujarati
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking software preferred)
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
Ability to work in shifts and weekends
