Career Experts is looking for a professional Front Desk Executive to manage their front desk operations and perform various administrative tasks. This role involves welcoming guests, handling front-office responsibilities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors while ensuring they are directed appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area with necessary office supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
Be willing to travel to other properties in South and West India when
required.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must have 0-5 years of relevant experience in hotel industry or Final-year student or graduate from a Hotel Management program is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent multitasking, and time-management skills are essential.
A professional attitude, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is a must.
