Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to join our Game Zone team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting them, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide information about games, packages, and offers.

• Handle check-ins, registrations, and bookings for game sessions.

• Manage billing, payments, and issue receipts.

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

• Coordinate with game attendants and other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

• Promote ongoing offers and membership programs (if applicable).

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role (freshers welcome).

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing systems.

• Friendly attitude with a professional appearance.

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
