🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area

• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

• Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying

• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (visitor log, badges, etc.)

• Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company

• Support other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Educational Qualification:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree is mandatory)
