Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive acts as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient assistance. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and friendliness.

  • Answer and direct phone calls; manage emails and correspondence.

  • Maintain office security by monitoring access control and visitor logs.

  • Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings.

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.

  • Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
